In 1967 Albert Gagliano started turning a turn of the century farm into the western town he’d always pictured. Rodeos, trail rides, scout camps and weddings followed for fifty years. Today it’s Jennings Holler — same bones, same spirit, run by people who host festivals for a living.
Which means we are very good at one specific thing: a large number of happy people, outdoors, having the time of their lives, without anything going sideways.

Sorted by guest count. Every one is a starting point — if something doesn’t fit, we change it. Prices are real and they’re on the page, because you have a budget and we’d rather not waste your afternoon.

The stuff other venues charge you for
Tables, chairs, the dance floor, the stage, the chandeliers, the parking, the day before to decorate. It’s in the price.

Every ceremony site is $500, indoors or out. Rain plan included — there is always a roof within a short walk.
Weddings are expensive. We get it.
Here is the whole menu, no appointment required. A 15% service charge applies to the total, and bar gratuity is 20%.

Nobody has to drive home.
Tent sites are $25. RV sites are $80. Your favorite people wake up on the property, somebody makes coffee, and the day keeps going. It is the single most common thing couples tell us they’re glad they did.
It also quietly solves your rideshare problem, which out here is a real problem.
Things we do not provide
We’d rather tell you now than in month four of planning.
- Linens, plates, serving dishes and flatware. Use a rental company, or a caterer who brings them.
- Catering. Deliberately. Hire anyone you like, or bring your own food in. Professional caterers need day-of insurance naming Jennings Holler as co-insured, plus their food licensure.
- A full kitchen. The prep kitchen has prep tables and refrigeration — no stove, oven or sinks. Caterers are welcome to bring grills.
- Power or dump stations at campsites. Camping here is rustic on purpose. Generators are fine.

Not a required list. Hire whoever you love. These are just the folks who show up early, clean up after themselves, and have never once made us nervous.

What does it actually cost, all in?
Take your package, add your bar package times your guest count, add any extras, then add the 15% service charge. We’ll build the real number with you on a walkthrough — no obligation, no deposit to see it.
Can we bring our own caterer? Our own food?
Yes to both. We don’t have an exclusive catering contract and we never have. A professional caterer needs to give us a day-of insurance policy naming Jennings Holler as co-insured, plus their food licensure. If your aunt is making the food, that’s fine too.
What happens if it rains?
You move indoors and nobody panics. Between Buckhorn Barn, the Pavilion, the Saloon and St. Rose Chapel there is always covered space within a short walk of every ceremony site. We’ll set the rain plan at your walkthrough so the call on the day takes thirty seconds.
How much time do we get?
Packages include five hours of reception, plus access the day before to decorate. Early set-up and late tear-down — in on Wednesday, out on Monday — is $1,000 and worth every penny if you’re doing a lot yourself.
Can guests stay over?
Yes. Tent sites are $25, RV sites $80. Camping is rustic: no electricity or dump stations, generators welcome. Ask us about a weekend buyout if you want the whole place to yourselves.
Do you host more than one wedding a day?
No. Your day is your day. If you’ve booked the Saloon closed to the public, that’s shut too.
Is there a bridal suite?
The Red Barn Lounge, and it comes free with the full Buckhorn Barn. Mirrors, space, and a door that closes.
How do we hold a date?
Send the form below with your date and rough guest count. We’ll tell you within one business day whether it’s open and what it would cost. Dates hold with a signed contract and deposit — and Saturdays in September and October go first.
