1 · Who This Is For

The Jennings Holler app ("App") is operated by Jennings Holler LLC. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2 · Photo Uploads (Holler Cam)

By uploading a photo you confirm: (a) you own it or have permission to share it; (b) you grant Jennings Holler LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on our screens, social channels, and future marketing; (c) photos are scanned by automated content moderation (Google Cloud Vision) and may be reviewed by our staff; (d) images that violate community standards will be removed without notice. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

3 · Notifications

Providing your email or phone number means you consent to receive festival reminders and Jennings Holler announcements. Opt out anytime: reply STOP (SMS) or use the unsubscribe link in emails.

4 · Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal, offensive, or infringing content
• No circumventing rate limits or security measures
• No unauthorized commercial use of the App

5 · Disclaimers

The App is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Jennings Holler LLC is not liable for losses arising from App use.

6 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

What We Collect

• Photos — images you upload via Holler Cam. EXIF & GPS metadata is stripped before storage.
• Email address — if you sign up for band reminders or future-event notifications.
• Phone number — optional, used only if you opt in to SMS notifications.
• IP address — logged briefly to enforce upload rate limits; not retained long-term.
• Starred bands — saved on your device only; Jennings Holler never sees this data.

How We Use It

• Photos are displayed in the gallery, on our digital kiosk, and may appear in Jennings Holler marketing per the rights you granted at upload.
• Photos are analyzed by Google Cloud Vision for automated content moderation and tag generation.
• Email and phone are used only for the notifications you opted into. We never sell your contact info.

Third-Party Services

• Google Cloud Vision — photo moderation & tagging
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage data
• SendGrid — email delivery
• Twilio — SMS delivery

SMS Compliance

SMS requires explicit opt-in. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Data Retention & Deletion

Festival photos are retained unless you request removal. To request deletion of your data, email info@jenningsholler.com.
