Vendor agreement summary:

• Vendor fees are non-refundable.
• Vendor is responsible for all booth equipment (tent, tables, lighting, and, if applicable, generator).
• Set-up by 10am, tear-down no earlier than 10pm.
• If selling goods, vendor will obtain a WI seller's permit and any other documents required to legally operate a business in Wisconsin. Vendor takes full responsibility for any client exchange of goods or services.
• Food vendors maintain current WI health / food handling permits.
• Service providers (tarot readers, healers, etc.) may operate as ordained under the freedom of religion act with suggested donation, at their discretion.
• Vendor follows the published substance + conduct policy at jenningsholler.com/ticket-policy.
• If Jennings Holler cancels the event for reasons within our control, vendor receives credit toward a future event of equal value.
