Vendor Opportunities

We are always looking for unique vendors and local artisans to set up shop at our festival grounds and special events. Because we receive a high volume of inquiries daily, we have built this dedicated submission system to ensure every vendor is properly reviewed and categorized.

How It Works This form adds your business directly into our internal vendor database, allowing us to filter by type, electrical needs, and availability.
Before You Submit Please have your links to social media or websites ready. You do not need to apply more than once.
PLEASE NOTE:
Not every vendor submission is chosen for every event.
We focus on "fit for purpose" for all upcoming opportunities.

If Selected:

You will receive a follow-up email with a vendor policy contract.
Once signed, an invoice will be sent for your vendor space fee.

Submission Rules


The Only Way This form is the ONLY way to submit your business for consideration. Emails, Facebook messages, DMs, and phone calls are not monitored and will not be considered.
One Submission Only Please do not submit multiple times. Our system automatically discards duplicate entries to keep our database clean.
Response Policy Due to the high volume of inquiries, we cannot promise a response to every inquiry. However, we do review every submission. If we have a date that fits your style, we will reach out directly.
